[LÖST]Totem och vlc stänger ner sig när jag startar en film

Installerade Ubuntu på min andra dator i natt. Tänkte sätta mig ner nu och kolla på ett avsnitt utav "Tales from the crypt" i totem. Men när jag öppnar filmen så stänger totem ner sig lika snabbt igen.
Körde igång totem via terminalen och får detta:
Samma sak hände när jag skulle spela musik men det löste sig genom att jag tog bort effekterna som spelas upp.
Har testat vlc men det är samma resultat:
Fick igång det i vlc efter att ha ställt om video till x11 men det hackar så i bilden. Får införskaffa mig ett lite bättre kort 
Har ju inte direkt det bästa grafikkortet i den här burken om det kan vara det som är problemet? Det är ett inbyggt intel tror jag.
