To build QtSim you need at least the open source version of Qt 4.x which can
be found at http://www.trolltech.com/products/qt/downloads; usually the port-
or package management system of your operating system (if it's not a windows)
should be able to install the latest version of Qt without any problems. If you
are using windows, the zip file will hopefully work for you.

If you didn't download this file with a couple of other files from sourceforge,
go and checkout the latest version from the sourceforge svn repository
(read https://sourceforge.net/svn/?group_id=122497) or download a tarball
provided by the sourceforge project download page

Be sure that you download both, the QtSim AND the SpeedKernel directory trees,
since you will need to compile your own kernel.
