os-prober avstängd som standard

Jag upptäckte nyss att os-prober inte längre (dvs. jammy) fungerar som det brukade. Påstås vara av säkerhetsskäl.

Lite bakgrund: Hittills, när man kört update-grub, har grub letat efter operativsystem i andra partitioner och monterade diskar, och automatiskt lagt till sådana i grub-menyn.

Från och med version 2.06 av grub2 behöver man explicit ange att man vill ha den funktionen. Det gör man genom att redigera /etc/default/grub och lägga till raden:

GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER=false
