Webbläsaren Brave, byggd på Chromium, har funnits sedan januari 2016, och nått till det svindlande versionsnumret 0.24.0 i kanalen Release. Den finner man i https://github.com/brave/browser-laptop

Den 28 mars 2018 avslöjades planerna på en ny webbläsare, Brave 1.0.

Den 19 juli släpptes det första bygget av det som ska bli Brave 1.0 i kanalen Developer, med versionsnummer 0.50.13.

Efter 22 byggen i sagda kanal, släpptes i går ett första bygge i kanalen Beta.

Den första betan har versionsnummer 0.55.10 och är byggd på Chromium 70.0.3538.22.

Medan jag hade ögonen på Ubuntu 18.10, släpptes Brave 0.55.18 till Release Channel.
