Hej,
Jag installerade senast igår genom sudo apt-get upgrade && sudo apt-get update.

men nu när jag kör det får jag följande fel bara:

Någon som vet?

Av felmeddelandena att döma skulle det kunna handla om att du hade oturen att försöka uppdatera samtidigt som det svenska spegelförrådet höll på att uppdateras från huvudförrådet. Så ett första råd är att "vänta en stund och försök senare".
