Denna vecka har FCC-byrå visat sin beslutsamhet när de tvingade routertillverkaren TP-Link att stödja öppen källkod firmware på sina routrar.

Ian Murphy påminde oss via Linux.com denna vecka att det är arton år sedan IBM genomförde en stor satsning på Linux och öppen källkod som så småningom resulterade i Big Blue som genererade ett par miljarder dollar till Linux utveckling.
