vsftp vill inte starta

Hej
Min ftp-server fungerade innan jag installerade om min min server (hade crunchbang innan på den och nu har jag ubuntu istället), men nu vill inte vsftp starta?! jag kör med samma vsftpd.conf fil som innan. När jag kör start komandot så står det [ok] men om jag sedan kör restart komandot så blir det:
Jag har provat att installera om vsftpd men det hjälper inte. Jag provade även proftpd och det fungerar, fast jag skulle föredra att kunna köra vsftpd.
Min vsftpd.conf ser ut såhär
