The simplest way to compile this package is:

1. `cd' to the directory containing the package's source code and type

När du står i mappen med terminalen utför du dessa kommandon:

./configure

make

sudo make install

Vilket ska fungera bra om du har alla beroenden installerade. Detta kommando bör installera alla beroenden för att du ska kunna kompilera:

sudo apt-get build-dep clamav

Glöm inte heller paketet build-essential om du ska kunna kompilera i huvudtaget:

sudo aptitude install build-essential

Annars bör det finnas fräscha förråd du kan använda dig av om du inte vill kompilera.
