Problem med sources.list,kan inte uppdatera

Hej Kenta här jag har problem att hitta uppdateringar, har kollat i sources.list men den ser OK ut.
Jag använder en D-Link 604 router och har öppnat en del portar, jag tror att jag har gjort rätt.
Jag är nybörjare.
