Ubuntu Sverige

Som jag har fattat kan man lägga till fler källor hos pakethanteraren. Hur gör man det? Och funkar det på samma sätt både i debian och ubuntu?

Exempel: när jag testade Linux mint så gick det att ladda ner "deluge" från synaptic medan det inte går från ubuntu, och från Debian kan jag inte ens ladda ner nvidia-glx. Är det för att det är olika "källor", och går det fixa så att man kommer åt allting från samtliga distar?

Min sources.list ser hur så här:

Betyder det att jag har tillgång till alla paket som finns i repos, eller ligger det ännnu mer i det här universe och multiverse? Hur får man i såna fall full tillgång till dem?
