Hjälp med ändring av Skärmupplösning.

Tja. Har problem med skärmupplösningen, efter att ha uppdaterat till 7.04 kan jag bara ha upplösningarna 640*480 och 800*600, innan kunde jag ha 1024*768.

Hur gör jag för att fixa felet?

Jag hade ett liknande problem, men hittade följande lösning:

1. Jag letade reda på specifikationerna för min monitor (googlade efter namnet på min monitor + specifications), och skrev upp frekvensvärdena för dess Horizontal Sync och Vertical Refresh Rate.

2. Ändrade min xorg.conf genom att skriva "sudo gedit xorg.conf" i Terminalen, letade upp stycket "Section Monitor", och lade till HorizSync (följt av dess frekvensvärden) och VertRefresh (följt av dess frekvensvärden).

3. Jag sparade dokumentet, loggade ut, loggade in, och därefter kunde jag välja högre upplösning.
