Synaptec och vmware

Hejsan, sedan jag installerade vmware så upstår nedanstående senario såfort någon typ av programuppdatering startas vmware går förövrigt inte igång längre. går det för den kunniga att se vad som är problemet med nedanståned kopia från terminalfönstret?
