Geforce 5200 funderingar!

Tjenna gott folk, jag har funderat en hel del över mitt grafikkort..
Om det verkligen är 3daccelerator på när jag kör ubuntu.

väldigt enkel tvout config också för detta kortet.. funkar dessutom väldigt bra med clone..
Men det jag funderade på var för mina skärmsläckare laggar, inte ens dom enklaste spel som t-ex stepmania flyter på fint..
Jag har testat att lägga till lite diverse koder i min xorg som t.ex renderaccel = true m.m men det pajjar min xorg fil helt tyvärr.Sen vill jag tillägga att jag kör på en celeron 2,66ghz 512mb ram och 128mb grafik..
samt att jag får upp nvidia loggan innan inloggningsskärmen.

Nåfon som vet varför skärmsläckare och spel m.m laggar? eller om ni har någon bra xorg config för just geforce fx5200..

Här hittar du en tråd där det diskuters om 5200, verkar som at några fick den att fungera med äldre drivrutiner. Vad bra, nu vet jag att hoppa över den nvidia-chipset.

Jag har ett geforce 5200 128mb och det rullar på fint Compiz är inga som helst problem. Fast för mig funkade compiz på 8mb grafik också :>
